A piece of copal with two parasitic wasp inclusions. 
 
Copal is younger than Amber, and recent studies put Madagascan Copal at approximately 300 years old. 
 
Despite its young age, copal is still a fascinating " time capsule" and gives an insight into ecosystems in more recent times.
 
The specimen comes in a floating display frame and measures 44mm
