Returns & Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality products and a positive customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with missing/defective components, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the damage or defect will be required.

• Unopened and Unused Items: If you change your mind about your purchase and the item is unopened, not damaged, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

• Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and for the incorrect item to be returned at no additional cost to you.  

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items not returned in their original packaging.

• Items returned after the specified return window.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Please contact us via fossilfanatic92@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage).

2. Return Authorisation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.  

3. Packaging: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its value, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

5. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
