This is a really lovely Sperm Whale tooth from Florida. There is a bit of wear to the tip, but I can't see any obvious repairs or restoration to the tooth.  
Size-wise, this tooth is a beast, measuring 2.32 inches and looks seriously impressive in a floating frame.
